Growth & Transformation - Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Visual Content Creation:Assist in developing visual content to effectively communicate strategy and transformation initiatives. This includes creating infographics, charts, and other visual aids.

Presentation Development:Help create compelling PowerPoint slides for management decks and growth & transformation messaging, ensuring clear and impactful communication of key messages.

Strategic Framework Development:Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement operating frameworks that support business unit growth and transformation.

Business Analysis: Supports the analysis of business trends and strategic assessment of new growth concepts, opportunities, mergers and acquisitions and ideas.

Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Help drive GTM and adoption of key solutions by creating solution collateral and working with sales leaders and the marketing team to ensure messaging resonates with target clients and market segments

* Works with business and functional leadership and other relevant stakeholders to understand new growth concepts and recommendations.
* Structures and executes research and data gathering to support the analysis of potential opportunities and underpin comprehensive due diligence and evaluation.
* Works with leadership and project teams to rationalize business objectives and determine new business / program priorities.
* Help translates program objectives into integrated project plans, schedules and budgets.
* Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on overall status, challenges, changes, risk leadership and delivery.
* Communicates objectives, priorities and direction to all relevant stakeholders; provides frequent / informative status updates on an ongoing basis.
* Develops and maintains effective working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
