Requisition Summary

The Capital Budget Administrator reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing and Capital Budget. In this role you will lead the corporate wide administration of all aspects of the capital budgeting process and perform special projects as required in support of executive management.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Assists the Director of Capital budget & Manufacturing in the summary consolidation of:
    • Preliminary capital budget (June - August)
    • Final capital budget (October - December)
    • All discretionary and CEO capital budget requests
    • Capital budget coordination for entity 02-Corporate
  • Provides training in the capital budget system for Corporate employees.
  • Coordinates the capital budget submittal and reporting entity 02-Corporate.
  • Manages the daily processing of the capital budget system and updates capital budget and compliance systems. Ensuring that the allocation of capital is maintained at all times.
  • Liaises with the Capital Budget Coordinators at each location to assist with queries on the capital budget system and any funding.
  • Assists with any special Corporate Manufacturing projects to support senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of engineering, finance and operations including working knowledge and / or graduate level instruction of industrial and manufacturing engineering, information systems and capital budgeting.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Project management and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak English fluently.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Engineering Preferred
