Pay:

GroundsPRO LLC offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, but actual compensation will vary depending upon new hire experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Role Overview:

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding customer expectations through effective management of financial resources and personnel. This position requires coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets GroundsPRO standards. You will work closely with Account Managers and Operation Managers to identify staffing needs, perform hiring duties, and prepare daily crew schedules. Your role is crucial in ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise within the branch.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, landscape contracting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in branch management, preferably in the landscaping industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in Landscape Hardscapes, Softscapes, and Irrigation.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
