About the Role:
  • Independently responsible for vendor purchasing, inventory management, order management and billing processes to mitigate risk and enable profitability of the business. Aligned with business teams in support of the business strategies and financial goals. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and evaluate and independently make buying decisions on run rate product recommendations using all key data elements

  • Executes drop ship and or Inventory PO's on behalf of the business for our largest and most complex vendor partnerships

  • Ensure adherence to vendor T's and C's to mitigate risk to TD SYNNEX

  • Order Management: problem resolution & order maintenance

  • Lead special projects & act as team subject matter expert, identify problems with process and or automation and make recommendations to the business for improvement, help to train new co-workers as needed

  • Timely drop ship billing for accurate revenue recognition

  • Accountable for escalated issues from vendor, internal stakeholders and customers and to establish resolution and communicate back on behalf of the business.

  • Participate and contribute in vendor scorecard reviews

  • Return authorizations and stock rotation analysis to mitigate risk

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience is required.

  • Required Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent work experience.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.

  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to independently make decisions on behalf of the business to achieve procurement goals and objectives.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.

  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)

  • Able to negotiate skillfully and independently promote/sell ideas persuasively.

  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.

  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.

  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.

  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.

  • Able to work independently

  • Able to effectively multi-task.

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.

  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.

  • Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an advanced level.
