Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support real-time decision-making
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance opportunities
• Optimize and automate workflows through data engineering, scripting, and dashboard integrations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver tailored data solutions
• Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms and help streamline data pipelines

Capabilities & Skills

• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into business insights that drive operational improvements
• Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Spotfire)
• Strong understanding of oil & gas data sources, including Aries, and production systems
• Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines
• Experience optimizing or automating workflows and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 10+ years in a data science or advanced analytics role, preferably within oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors
