Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Government Compliance Analyst for its PCG Corporate Legal 984 operations based in Lenexa, Kansas.

Responsibilities include:



  • Review and analyze Governmental contracts; including but not limited to Federal, State, and local.
  • Creation of government compliance plans as well as subcontracting plans at the project level;
  • Advise branch operations on required actions to comply with items identified in project-specific Compliance Plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of approved government compliance policies, processes, and procedures;
  • Participation in the development and implementation of training programs as it pertains to government compliance policies and procedures;
  • Assist in various audit and verification functions to ensure compliance with the company's policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations;
  • Administer corporate registration in the Federal System for Awards Management (SAM) and all other federal, state, or municipal registration and reporting systems;
  • Facilitate the review and execution of governmental certifications and representations as needed;
  • Assist in the development and training of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within branches to support government compliance programs; and
  • Act as a liaison between project, branch, and corporate compliance personnel to ensure government compliance at all levels of operations.


Basic Requirements



  • Bachelors Degree in Pre-Law, Human Resource, Business or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years' experience with government regulations (FAR, DFARS, DEAR, CFRs, DOT, NRC) and grant programs (e.g., CHIPS Act, IRA)
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across all levels of an organization both written and oral
  • Strong ability to read, understand and interpret regulatory schemes and communicate effectively on the requisite policies, procedures, and necessity for compliance
  • Proven history of being a champion for positive team environments and collaboration
  • Self-starter who seeks to understand
  • Strong ability to problem solve


Preferred Requirements



  • Experience within the Construction Industry is a plus
