Position Description Your Opportunity: TechSource is seeking a full-time Solutions Architecture Manager to support our Government Services business line with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), process automation, and cloud technologies. The Solutions Architecture Manager will lead efforts to design and deliver innovative, secure, and mission-aligned technology solutions for U.S. Government customers, with an emphasis on national security and high-performance environments. Additionally, this position will contribute to corporate digital transformation initiatives, driving AI adoption and process automation to enhance TechSource's internal operations and service delivery capabilities. It is a remote role with requirements to travel to client sites occasionally. What You Will Do: For Government Customers:
- Lead architecture design and implementation of solutions that integrate AI/ML models, process automation, and cloud-native services to support mission objectives and operational efficiency.
- Develop solution architectures and technical strategies that align with U.S. Government requirements, including security, compliance, and performance needs (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC).
- Implement AI-powered applications such as intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, cognitive automation, and decision support systems.
- Support customers in developing data integration, management, and governance strategies to enable effective use of AI and automation.
- Provide thought leadership and technical advisory services on emerging technologies relevant to government missions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, white papers, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for government customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with government program managers, end users, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet mission needs and are operationally deployable.
For TechSource Corporate Initiatives:
- Lead internal efforts to implement process automation and AI-driven tools to enhance TechSource's operational efficiency (e.g., intelligent workflows, reporting automation, digital assistants).
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve internal processes, service delivery, and knowledge management.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to support TechSource's digital modernization roadmap.
- Support AI/automation capability development across TechSource's staff, including mentoring, training, and adoption of best practices.
What You Will Need:
- 15 or more years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions for U.S. Government customers.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML, process automation technologies (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate), and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Government IT standards, including FedRAMP, NIST RMF, CMMC, and zero trust architecture principles.
- Experience working within Government acquisition, contracting, and program management environments.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior Government stakeholders.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams, both internally and with Government partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active DOE Q clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain clearance required.
- Ability to travel domestically (approximately 10%).
