Job Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring projects focused on the production, and delivery of HVAC equipment for Data Center Technologies. The role involves managing a diverse range of projects and initiatives within the Business Area, including operational development and business transformation, product development, digital transformation, integration of acquisitions and capital expenditure projects.

As a Program Manager for Data Center Technologies, the initial primary responsibility will be to lead the planning and execution of Munters' global TTOE (Transformation Towards Operational Excellence) initiative within Data Centers Technologies. This strategic initiative focuses on implementing a common ERP-platform, IFS Cloud, and harmonizing global processes to drive operational excellence. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the TTOE program across all DCT regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global standards.

The Program Manager ensures alignment with business objectives, maintains high standards of quality, and delivers projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably with direct involvement in large-scale transformation initiatives. We are looking for someone who is a proactive and driven leader who brings a structured, solution-oriented approach and thrives on inspiring change. This individual should possess the ability to motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and guide stakeholders through complex transitions. A strong communicator with a passion for continuous improvement, the Program Manager will play a key role in aligning systems and processes to drive operational excellence.

This role will require international travel to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives for Data Center Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning and Strategy:
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resources allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Ensure alignment between program objectives and the company's strategic direction, with a particular focus on the data center market.
  • Project Coordination and Management:
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program goals and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams - including engineering, production, procurement, finance, sales and quality assurance, to drive successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues, risks, and deviations from the plan.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on program status, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among project teams, customers and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal performance, timely delivery, and alignment with project goals.
  • Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure all projects comply with company standards, industry regulations, and specific customer requirements.
  • Oversee adherence to environmental and safety regulations across all program activities.
  • Education:
  • Master's degree in business management, Accounting, Engineering, a related field. An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Leadership training programs or demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional project environments are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the manufacturing industry, with exposure to large-scale projects and transformation initiatives considered a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira or equivalent).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
