YOUR IMPACT

OpenText is experiencing rapid growth in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) market. We provide a powerful suite of solutions designed to help organizations capitalize on digital transformation. By creating a centralized, unified information grid, OpenText connects enterprise-wide information with the people and systems that need it, enabling Personal Productivity with intuitive tools, Process Productivity through integrations with platforms like SAP and Microsoft, and robust Control through industry-leading governance and security features.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the sales process. You'll collaborate with Account Executives, Global Services Consultants, and strategic Partners throughout the sales cycle, engaging directly with customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how OpenText ECM solutions can drive real results. Your ability to blend technical expertise with business insight will be critical in shaping strategy, developing compelling demos, and guiding customers through key buying decisions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Partner with Account Executives to articulate and demonstrate the business value of OpenText ECM solutions.

  • Develop and deliver custom technical demonstrations aligned with customer-specific requirements.

  • Lead and manage the RFP/RFI process, and build impactful Proofs of Concept.

  • Provide strategic sales support, including relationship development and creation of technical sales tools.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Global Services, and Partners to define solution offerings and project delivery roadmaps.

  • Represent OpenText at industry conferences, events, and trade shows as a subject matter expert.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years' experience in a presales technical role, ideally within enterprise software.

  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions preferred.

  • Confident and engaging presenter with strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.

  • Strong consultative selling, value-based selling, and active listening skills.

  • Ability to create and tailor solution demonstrations to meet diverse audience needs.

  • Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and cloud platforms.

  • Experience selling to marketing departments is a plus.

  • Able to work collaboratively within a team while also operating independently.
