Analyzes, and monitors regulations and laws. Develops and implements environmental policies and procedures. Applies control measures to daily operations to assist and provide support in corporate environmental compliance activities. Minimum Bachelor's degree/equivalent in environmental management, or related sciences (e.g. Geology, chemistry, biology). Environmental certification preferred. Five (5) years related experience or work experience with an advanced degree in an environmental field including knowledge of RCRA, Clean Water Act, underground and above ground tanks, spill response, with the proven ability to analyze technical documents with excellent organizational, human relations, negotiation communication skills and administration experience required. Demonstrated proficiency in computer base systems. Travel required. Essential Functions

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years related experience in an environmental field including management of regulated waste, air quality, water quality, underground and above ground tanks, including two (2) years of analysis and administration experience required. Demonstrated proficiency in computer base systems. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational, human relations, negotiation, and communication skills. Job Conditions Ability to travel required. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: Memphis Pay Range: $5,662.27/month - $7,502.51/month Additional Details: This position will be domiciled in Memphis, Tennessee.
