Description Looking for a service coordinator to help out with all aspects of the office/sales teams. - build quotes - use database specific - coordinate production schedules - coordinate customer needs with equipment for jobs - learn to utilize badge/clearance database - learn how to do all functions of administrative, service coordinator, assistant to HR & sales managers, etc. - assist with invoices and doing some accounts payable functions - answer phones - basic admin work: filing, scanning, entering data - research parts online Skills Call center, Administrative support, Dispatch, Purchase order, Customer service, Microsoft office Additional Skills & Qualifications Looking for someone that is looking for long term employment. shipyard knowledge a huge PLUS HVAC equipment knowledge a huge PLUS must be computer savvy and willing to learn EVERYTHING office admin/sales/customer service experience Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
