Reporting to a regional Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruitment for roles within their assigned region. This role will oversee a mix of high volume and one-off recruitment requisitions, working across all areas of the Talent Acquisition function, identifying internal and external top talent. Partnering with the other members of the TA team within the assigned region, the TAP will ensure successful recruitment and outcomes for the broader team and organization. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition with an emphasis on DEI Knowledge of CPG a plus Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence and drive decision making A history of proactive delivery against talent needs Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
