  • Align Salesforce workflows with the national account lifecycle, from pipeline management to retention and performance tracking.
  • Create standardized templates and dashboards that improve forecasting, territory alignment, and leadership visibility.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Build and maintain a structured market intelligence program that includes competitor tracking, pricing trends, industry benchmarks, and customer segmentation insights.
  • Deliver quarterly insights to support pricing strategy, sales playbook development, and positioning with national and regional accounts.
  • Monitor and report on external dynamics that impact growth strategy, such as regulatory changes, environmental policy shifts, or M&A activity among competitors.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Strategic Execution

  • Serve as a central coordination point between commercial and operational teams across regions to ensure alignment on pricing actions, capacity constraints, facility integration, and service quality.
  • Support strategic deal structuring, go-to-market planning for new facilities, and commercial integration of greenfield sites or M&A acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Strategy teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and reporting packages.

Executive-Level Support & Business Reviews
