We are seeking a strategic and experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead and evolve our internal communications strategy. This key role will shape how we inform, inspire, and engage employees across the organization-aligning messaging with business goals, supporting a strong and transparent culture, and driving employee engagement.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop and lead a comprehensive internal communications strategy.
  • Advise senior leaders on messaging for initiatives, change, and executive visibility.
  • Create clear, compelling content for internal channels-including executive messages, newsletters, intranet, and events.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to amplify culture, engagement, and key programs.
  • Manage internal communication channels and editorial calendar.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve reach and impact.
  • Lead or support team members and align with external and CSR communications.


What You Bring:



  • Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills.
  • Strategic thinker with experience advising senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with communication platforms, analytics tools, and intranet systems.
  • Leadership or team management experience a plus.

Qualifications:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with an MBA will also be considered.
  • A master's degree or professional certifications in communications or change management would be considered an asset.


Experience:



  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally in a complex or multi-site organization.


Skills:



  • Proven ability to create and drive internal communication strategies that support business transformation, culture, and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen ability for storytelling.
  • Trusted advisor experiences working directly with senior leaders on high-impact messaging.
  • Deep understanding of change management and employee engagement principles.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a capacity to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel.


Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily indoors.
  • This work environment may involve minimal exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
