The role is pivotal in driving customer retention, growth and supporting product adoption across customer segments in the Americas. You will manage customer communications and campaigns for various customer tiers. You will work closely with the Americas commercial team to ensure they are equipped with the right marketing assets and insights to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, videos, brochures, webinar content, and case studies.
  • Manage localization of campaigns including transcreation of email comms, PR, and editing on and offline advertising designs in any relevant languages for the Americas.
  • Measure and report on the work of all marketing campaigns and use this information to tweak any future campaigns.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Travelport brand and best marketing practices by supporting the Head of Customer Marketing to train and enable our commercial teams in the Americas on the purpose and value of our campaigns.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Work with the Head of Customer Marketing to measure and report on all marketing campaigns and use this information to tweak any future campaigns.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports, providing stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
  • A/B test campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Americas commercial teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure all leads are followed up.
  • Collaborate with all teams across product marketing, digital, PR, content, design, to ensure successful campaign delivery and exceed company objectives.

Marketing Technology and Tools:

  • Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies to streamline campaign execution and reporting.

Could this be you?

  • 5+ years' experience in a marketing or agency side role.
  • Proven experience in B2B tech marketing (or travel), with experience of successful campaigns and exposure to brand management.
