Requisition ID# 166065 Job Category: Maintenance / Construction / Operations Job Level: Individual Contributor Business Unit: Electric Engineering Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Oakland Department Overview The Electric Engineering team ensure all manners of electric engineering - including electric standards and process safety, electric asset planning, electric risk ownership, electric asset strategy and management, design engineering, instrumentation testing and controls, undergrounding, electric regulatory compliance and electric investment planning - are in place to safely enable a strategic and stable workplan for our Electric Operations partners. Our organization is accountable for program planning, financial budgeting, and project execution and delivery of all electric engineering projects. Position Summary Coordinates and assembles the multi-year work plan for Electric Operations (EO). Collaborates with Asset Management and Transmission and Distribution Operations to develop the EO Strategy Plan (S2) to ensure the work and resource plans align with the budget plan (S1) request and links appropriately to the regulatory recovery process. Monitors execution of the work plan. Partners with the EO Business Finance team to monitor and reallocate budget between the various programs and maintain an overall view of budget performance. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. Frequent travel to Dublin and Oakland is required. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
