Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with at least four years of experience to join the Tax Trusts & Estates Division in our Los Angeles office.

Stinson's tax, trusts and estates attorneys represent individuals, executives, families, closely-held businesses, charitable organizations and individual and corporate fiduciaries. We focus on achieving our clients' personal, business and organization goals while preserving and transferring wealth for future generations. This position will have several years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and have a strong interest in drafting.

Qualified candidates must be licensed in California, have at least four years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and have a strong interest in drafting. Qualified applicants will possess excellent academic credentials, have strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, have the ability to convey complex concepts clearly, and a proven ability to handle multiple projects with different teams and timelines.

Our attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The salary range for this role is $205,000 - $225,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual's unique qualifications and experience.
