Qualifications * 2 years of experience in manufacturing sales support or manufacturing customer service. * Experience in managing Product Knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with Order Entry. Responsibilities * Manage customer accounts to increase satisfaction, gross margin, and sales. * Handle customer requests including quotes, orders, follow-up, and delivery information. * Resolve various customer matters, issue credits, debits, and authorize return goods. * Communicate customer requirements to Operations & Engineering. * Monitor price inventory agreements. * Support members of the outside sales team. * Collaborate effectively in a team environment to solve customer issues. * Communicate issues and problems with management promptly. * Maintain superb attention to detail and documentation to support decisions and ensure continuity of service. * Manage a volume of 50-75 larger orders with multiple line items. * Work with the Power Transmission Team for both international and domestic clients. * Approximately 70% of time spent on phone calls, answering around 45 calls on average when assigned to phone duty. Work Environment Our corporate office operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
