The Cash Management / Treasury Products & Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison for all Cash Management (CM) products related to technology, day-to-day operations, and other internal operational partners. This role ensures the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of all cash management products while supporting various banking applications and operational processes.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Be the subject matter expert on existing treasury products and the driver of new digital and non-digital product/service offerings in the industry.
  • Understand industry trends on product development be a driving force to implement new products for the Bank with the assistance of other stakeholders in retail, deposit operations and with the help of a project management team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all CM products including ACH, Positive Pay, Account Analysis, Business Online Banking, DDM Sweeps, Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Main contact for internal operational partners; partners in the CM middle/front offices, and internal retail business partners.
  • Oversee three Cash Management Product Specialists who report to you, provide training as needed and drive product knowledge in the team.
  • Oversee Billpay applications, including troubleshooting and handling DI cases.
  • Set up and manage Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC) profiles.
  • Conduct BOLB Bottomline testing, including reviewing, updating, and creating cases; manage bi-weekly Bottomline cases.
  • Perform DNA testing for system integrity and functionality.
  • Manage DBB applications, including adding/removing accounts
  • Conduct quality control (QC) checks, ensuring system availability through daily/monthly checklists for BOLB, RDC, Positive Pay, and analysis statements).
  • Establish and update procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Administer Retail DBB, including emulation and PnP training with designated team members.


Secondary Responsibilities:



  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Update MRDC requirements to align with evolving business needs.
  • Oversee vendor contracts for outsourced services, including renewal dates and pricing adjustments.


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent industry certifications such as a Certified Treasury Professional ("CTP")
  • Strong knowledge of cash management products, deposit operations, and EFT processes.
  • Ability to manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with banking systems, quality control processes, procedure development and process improvement.
