Genesis10 is currently seeking a Vendor Risk Analyst for a contract-to-perm role with our client. This role is 100% remote.
Position Summary:
The Vendor Risk Analyst plays a key support role within our client's Vendor Lifecycle Management team, contributing to the execution of the enterprise-wide vendor risk and oversight program. This role supports policy compliance, documentation, issue tracking, and reporting activities. The Vendor Risk Analyst helps ensure third-party vendors meet company, regulatory, and contractual standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day execution of the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) program, including data gathering, tracking, and monitoring of vendor risk activities.
- Support vendor onboarding and due diligence reviews by coordinating risk assessments and collecting required documentation.
- Help maintain the VRM documentation repository, including policies, procedures, and vendor-related evidence.
- Monitor and track completion of vendor risk assessments and oversight activities to ensure timely execution by business units.
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to summarize vendor risk metrics and program performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of audit responses and regulatory reporting related to vendor oversight.
- Collaborate with business owners, procurement, legal, and compliance to address vendor-related risk issues.
- Contribute to the development of templates, tools, and training materials that enhance VRM program effectiveness.
- Participate in process improvement efforts to enhance vendor oversight, consistency, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in vendor management, risk analysis, compliance, procurement, or related areas
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as HIPAA, CMS, or SOC reports
- Experience with vendor risk platforms such as Riskonnect
Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $40.00 to $45.00/Hr.
