Auria is looking to hire a
Program Director to support Resilient Missile Warning and Missile Tracking (MWT) Ground Management and Integration (GMI). As Key Personnel, the PD will oversee a complex, multi-year effort to lead and oversee the end-to-end development and enhancement of the system by driving the strategy, schedule, and stakeholder relationships. This role is HYBRID in Boulder, CO.
This role requires a deep understanding of stakeholder needs, conducting system design, performing integration and test tasks, developing and updating documentation, and managing risk. This role requires excellent technical, communication, and collaboration skills, as this individual works closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and shape the design of assigned systems.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Serve as the Government's POC and provide technical and administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
- Supervise ongoing technical efforts and manage contract performance.
- Interface with Government management personnel staff all tasks formulate and enforce work standards assign schedules review work discrepancies and communicate policies purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
- Current U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship).
- Intermediate ITIL certification required (e.g. Service Operations Service Transition Service Agreement and Offering (SOA))
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a Program Management leadership role in Information Technology is required
- PMP Certification
- Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases network and communications subsystems
- Proven skills in manpower utilization procurement training problem resolution and employee relations
- Proven experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet government mission requirements
- Experience in the management of cost performance and schedules on contracts
- Strong communication skills to effectively establish and maintain company customer and vendor relationships
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering computer science or related technical field preferred
- Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization such the military or other large Government organization.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
- C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment
- Ability to take full ownership of the position and manage/prioritize the workload independently to meet company objectives
- Professional demeanor high emotional intelligence and trustworthy behavior
- Excellent organization and record keeping skills
- Strong comprehension skills for understanding needs and developing and applying solutions for internal and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage staff and work as part of a broader corporate team
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with peers
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ensure follow-through
- Experience in the SATCOM and/or OPIR mission area
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $140,000 - $200,000
