About the Role:

Job Summary:
Review customer issued purchase orders, perform contract acceptance or escalate if needed, and follow the job opening process thru to the end by completing the project in ERP and notifying appropriate personnel the task is complete.

Job Responsibilities:
* Review documentation provided and locate a quote or the need for a quote. If there is a need for a quote, escalate to an Order Administrator
* Contract review/PO acceptance: if no quote is required to be sent to the customer then perform contract review
* Process the project: create the project in ERP
* Process IJOs
* Create sub-projects

Requirements:
* Basic computer skills
* Knowledge of Office Suite
* Able to follow specific instructions
* Able to interact with customers and internal employees
* Able to work according to well-defined procedures
* Able to clearly set standards that are semi-routine in nature and recognize the need for occasional deviation

Education/Experience:
* Minimum High School Diploma
* 1-3 years of customer service and/or order entry experience
