As an Assistant Project Manager, you've have demonstrated financial management skills, leadership in the areas of quality and safety; and ability to independently manage small to average size projects or complex scopes of larger projects from start to finish. You display a positive attitude with a willingness to share and mentor.

While this project is based in Sheboygan Falls, future project assignments will be located in the greater Milwaukee area.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and financials while ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare, distribute, and track RFI's.
  • Work with Superintendents to create and update detailed project schedules.
  • Ensure jobsite safety compliance and quality control while supporting on-site teams.
  • Assist with bid preparation, cost estimating, and constructability reviews.
  • Support subcontractor negotiations, change order processes, and financial tracking.
  • Independently accomplish all close out activities.
  • Mentor others, foster collaboration, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


Qualifications:



  • Excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous organizational skills .
  • Team player that encourages collaboration.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and mediation skills.


Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance or related field (equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
