Position: Associate Sales Consultant (Dental Industry) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends required) Apprentice: Program Duration: 12-18 month learning milestones. Territory: Illinois, Eastern Indiana, Southern Wisconsin. Preferred living location - Chicago What You'll Do: Participate in a structured Sales Consultant Training Program Identify and pursue new sales opportunities Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive results Present and sell Argen's innovative dental products and services Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Analyze market trends and customer needs Prepare impactful presentations, proposals, and sales contracts Track leads, follow up proactively, and exceed sales goals What We're Looking For: 2-3 years of sales experience (retail, direct, medical, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Eagerness to learn technical concepts and industry trends CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office skills Bonus: Dental lab experience, CDT certification, or CAD-CAM knowledge Why Join Argen?
