Coordination with external agreements, such as those related to winter municipal services, mowing, and street sweeping, is also a key aspect of the role. The preparation of specification packets for submission to the District Fiscal Office, along with the review of contractor invoices to confirm the accuracy of work performed and fees charged, further underscores the importance of this position. The individual will also be responsible for entering goods receipts as R3 and acting as an SRM Requisitioner, which includes inputting and reconciling inventory reports from SAP before forwarding them to the District Office.
