About this Role - Rental Administrative Assistant We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant that has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Rental Administrator in the daily processes of setting up rental equipment. What You'll Do - Request rental contracts from vendors and review and obtain signatures needed. - JDE data entry including accurately completing rental purchase orders, entering rental equipment, and internal rental rates in a timely manner. - Maintain rental bill codes so the billing department can accurately invoice customers. - Manage rental requests for office trailers and storage containers. - Provide a wide variety of clerical and administrative support in the rental process.
