Description and Requirements

The Lenovo Talent Acquisition team is central to bringing Lenovo the expertise we need to compete, grow and transform. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in talent acquisition programs and coordination, be scrappy but strategic, and passionate about customers. You will use your excellent research skills, analytical approach, strong communication, and project management experience to be successful. Here are some of the things you'll be doing in this role:

  • Conduct recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, offer management) that support our strategic initiatives
  • Identify and qualify tools that help drive improvements in efficacy and efficiency of the recruitment process
  • Develop and run reports as needed for Hiring Metrics, Compliance, Branding and Budget
  • Arrange project related meetings and assist with global operations activities
  • Plan, coordinate and attend Talent Acquisition programs and recruitment events (large and small, locally and globally)
  • Develop communications/presentations for delivery to Senior Leadership, HR Partners and Business leaders
  • Provide support to our hiring and TA teams in NA with occasional flexibility with work hours to meet needs of teams in other time zones/geographies
  • Build and maintain positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances within the HR organization
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships with external partners
  • Interface with appropriate partner organizations (Marketing, Procurement, HRIS, Staffing, IT, Benefits, etc.) as needed to research and execute deliverables
  • Play integral role in TA compliance and develop excellent working relationship with Lenovo's D&I and Legal teams.

Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in program/project management or event planning in human resources, university relations or recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous HR or Recruiting experience (coordinator, assistant, data entry, event or program management)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred experience in supply chain - degree or experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition
  • Amazing organization and time management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and partner effectively within a global organization.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Detail-oriented; ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working for a Global company
  • Strong computer skills and experience with human resource data entry systems (Workday, ATS, etc.) and Microsoft tools
