Summary:

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding relationships within our Risk Assurance Services (RAS) Practice. This individual will lead the full sales cycle-identifying prospects, developing tailored proposals, and closing engagements-with a focus on organizations seeking compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, collaborating with technical teams on solution design, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast data. This role supports our RAS offerings, including SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, and other regulatory and security frameworks. We're looking for a results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about helping businesses build trust and reduce risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle-from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and close-across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and deliver customized solution strategies that align with each prospect's unique compliance, cybersecurity, and risk assurance needs, often navigating complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
  • Build and manage relationships with compliance automation platforms and key referral partners to create scalable, repeatable revenue streams and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical delivery teams, and client success to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience from first touch through ongoing engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter liaison, effectively articulating the value of Sensiba's RAS offerings-such as SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and HIPAA-to key decision makers and influencers.
  • Continuously track, forecast, and report pipeline activity using CRM systems, and contribute to strategic planning by sharing market insights and customer feedback.
  • Represent Sensiba at industry events and in strategic client and partner meetings, positioning the firm as a thought leader in risk assurance and cybersecurity advisory services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within security compliance, SaaS, and/or professional services.
  • Experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, or compliance/risk leaders in large organizations.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security compliance frameworks.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage multi-threaded sales processes.
  • Professional services or compliance automation platform experience.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000 base per year plus additional bonus opportunity
