At Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo), located in Richland, Washington, we are working to provide a sustainable future for the historic Hanford area through the protection of the Columbia River and the remediation of the Central Plateau. Our team is seeking an Operations Specialist - Work Week Specialist to provide support in the following areas: * Develop and maintain the D4 End States (D4ES) rolling work week schedule, aligned with company procedures and benchmarks. * Facilitate and support Work Week execution in a rotational format, where each specialist rotates weekly between execution support and advance planning and scheduling responsibilities. * Generate and distribute weekly scheduling documentation including the Plan of the Week (POW), Daily Release Sheets (DRS'), and 4 Week Look Ahead, as well as compile data for weekly work week scheduling metrics. * Coordinate and facilitate work week scheduling meetings with field work supervisors, responsible managers, and project managers for multiple projects * Interface with internal project stakeholders, and other Hanford support contractors to support integrated scheduling. * Complete additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by Management. * Support operational efficiency in a fast paced, compliance driven environment, while upholding safety expectations.
Basic Qualifications
* Career Level Grade 17: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 6 or more years of relevant experience. * Senior Level Grade 18: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 8 or more years of relevant experience.
The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
* Experience in Operations, Production Control, Work Control, Scheduling, Construction, or Demolition is preferred. * Previous experience or understanding of the rolling work week scheduling process. * Proficient in reading/understanding logic driven work schedules (i.e., Oracle Primavera P6). * Must be proficient with Microsoft office products, specifically MS Excel.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.
Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):
* Career Level Grade 17: $84,350 - $134,700 * Senior Level Grade 18: $92,700 - $148,550
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
