HR Operations Analyst-(Onsite) Overland Park, KS

As an HR Operations Analyst, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting key HR functions, with a strong focus on pre-employment and onboarding, helping new hires feel welcome and set up for success from day one. You'll be part of a collaborative HR Operations team that supports associates across the company through our centralized help channel, myHR. From employment verification and benefits to learning, engagement, and workforce strategy, you'll learn the foundations of HR while making a real impact. This role is onsite in our Overland Park, KS office.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless candidate-to-Day-One experience by following and executing clear, step-by-step processes and workflows that ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive first impression.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to HR-related questions, policies, processes, and programs for associates, managers, and leaders. Identify root cause issues and make recommendations to drive down requests and proactively create a stronger associate experience.
  • Proactively ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and company policies and procedures of HR-related processes and programs.
  • Monitor operational status and collaborate with project and operations managers to resolve issues.
  • Proactively identify and implement data improvements, enhancements, by scheduling reports, auditing and loading data into the learning management and/or HRIS system that meet business requirements.
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives, specifically the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Participate in process implementation, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Assess operational issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc projects that enhance the candidate, user, or associate experience, including tracking, sorting, monitoring, filing, data gathering, data audit and scrubbing, generating letters and responses, or regular reporting.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
  • Demonstrated analytical andproblem-solvingabilities
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Desire and passion for providing personal and professional service to all

Preferred

  • Experience using design or publishing tools such as Canva, Crello, Snappa, etc.
  • General understanding of business processes within Human Resource
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, understanding HIPAA and other laws pertaining to job responsibilities
