Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to drive impactful internal communications and organizational change initiatives that enable transformation, build alignment, and foster a strong, connected culture. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of people, strategy, and storytelling-partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver messages that engage, inform, and inspire employees, while ensuring smooth, people-centered adoption of change.This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced, and mission-driven environments.


Qualifications

Strategic Internal Communications & Engagement



  • Design and lead enterprise-wide internal communication strategies that reinforce business priorities, core values, and cultural aspirations.
  • Serve as a communications advisor to senior leadership, supporting key initiatives, change efforts, and business updates.
  • Craft compelling narratives for a variety of channels-executive communications, company-wide updates, intranet articles, video scripts, digital signage, town halls, and more.
  • Lead the editorial planning and governance for internal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment.
  • Build and evolve employee communication channels and feedback loops to improve reach, effectiveness, and engagement.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure the impact of communications and continuously improve efforts.


Change Management & Organizational Transformation



  • Lead or co-lead the development and execution of integrated change management communication strategies for complex organizational initiatives (e.g., new systems, restructures, cultural shifts, mergers/acquisitions).
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations to tailor effective approaches.
  • Build and manage end-to-end change communication plans.
  • Partner with program managers, HR, IT, and business leaders to embed change thinking and ensure alignment across workstreams.
  • Provide coaching to leaders and managers to enable them to be effective change champions.
  • Create communication and enablement tools that support sustained behavior change and adoption.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, employee engagement, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact communication and change strategies across large, complex, and/or matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and message development skills with a clear, engaging voice.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter, or Lewin.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.



Preferred Skills



  • Experience with digital communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Slack, others etc.)
  • The ability to craft clear, simple and powerful messages that inspire diverse audiences.
  • Background in healthcare, tech-first, product-led, or mission-driven organizations a plus
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, prioritize across multiple initiatives, and think both creatively and strategically
  • A curious, people-first mindset with a passion for connection and clarity



This is an exempt position. The salary range is $185,000 - $200,000 USD

For Salary position only:The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
