DIRECTOR, B2B, WATERFORD & ROGAKA

OUR ROLE
Waterford and Rogaka are two of the world's most storied crystal brands with a shared legacy of craftsmanship and luxury that goes back over 350 years. And we are now hiring for our newest role: Director, B2B. In this key role you will lead the global B2B strategy and commercial development across our global markets. Along with your team, you will play a central part in expanding our reach while maintaining the integrity and prestige of both brands, connecting timeless design with modern business opportunities.

Reporting to our President, Americas & Waterford, this hybrid role can be based at either of our offices in New York City or London. The B2B Team is based at our Rogaka factory in Slovenia, and extensive travel will be required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will set the strategic direction and drive the commercial success of B2B sales for both Waterford & Rogaka. You'll focus on growth across key markets, particularly North America, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition to shaping our B2B approach, you'll play a critical role in how both brands show up with trade partners, luxury clients, and corporate customers, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and heritage behind our crystal.

  • Define and execute a global B2B strategy aligned with brand positioning & growth targets

  • Lead partnership development with luxury brands, hospitality groups, distributors, and corporate gifting clients

  • Ensure Waterford is positioned as a leader in luxury crystal across showrooms, wholesale, and trade events

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and production to align on product and market needs

  • Own B2B sales targets and pipeline development in key markets

  • Promote white glove service for high value clients, ensuring a consistent global brand experience

  • Support expansion into new markets while balancing heritage with evolving consumer demand

WHO YOU ARE
You are a strategic B2B leader with a track record of developing long term relationships and driving growth across global markets. You've worked closely with cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and can leverage your expertise to turn craftsmanship and service into business success.

  • 10+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership, ideally in luxury goods, fine homeware, tabletop, or premium consumer products

  • Proven success in building & scaling commercial channels across multiple international markets

  • Experience working with luxury brands or high end partners such as department stores, interior designers, luxury hotels, premium gift distributors, or travel retail

  • Strong background in relationship driven selling with a focus on long term value creation

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms

  • Experience with trade shows, showrooms, and client facing events

  • Fully fluent in our working language, English. Similar fluency in French or German is highly beneficial

Base Salary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649, we have designed products of timeless, purposeful, and functional beauty, while driving innovation and sustainable growth. In 2024, Fiskars Group's global net sales were EUR 1.2 billion and we had close to 7,000 employees. We have two Business Areas (BA), Vita and Fiskars.

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
