Executive Support to the Family Officer - Hybrid

TCB Enterprise consists of a set of entities connected by a mission to "Win, Do Good and Deliver Peace of Mind." This privately held enterprise is searching for two Executive Support Specialists to join the Family Office Team. Our largest operating entity, TASC, is the nation's largest privately held third-party administrator of employee benefits and is celebrating their 50th anniversary this year.

This hybrid role will work closely with the Managing Trustees/Owners of TCB Enterprise. While these roles will provide complex and diversified administrative support to the Family Office, they will each focus on separate functions:

  • Corporate Recordkeeping & Compliance - This role will support elements of the Family Office related to legal, governance, financial and compliance recordkeeping. You will work closely with the Managing Trustees/Owners and In-House Counsel.
  • Asset Operations & Bookkeeping - This role will maintain accurate bookkeeping and provide financial and administrative assistance relative to the physical assets managed by the Family Office. Assets include, but not limited to, non-profit foundations, property management, corporate plane.

Our Family Office team works closely to provide advance-level administrative support and assistance to the owners. They provide and maintain consistency in procedures, and orchestrate work in each functional area to ensure operations run efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. You work well under pressure and are adept at handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

This is an exempt position with core work hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional extended hours as needed, earlier or later. You will be asked to work in the office periodically each month.

Other Necessary Qualifications:

  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and related software and apps
  • Minimum of an Associate degree, preferably in Business or Administration, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience ideally in an executive support or administrative position
