Drive Lean. Deliver Impact. Lead Change.

We're looking for a doer, a hands-on, data-driven Operations Excellence Leader to lead lean initiatives and drive meaningful change across our manufacturing operations.

This is not a behind-the-desk role. You'll be on the floor, in the trenches, and at the forefront of continuous improvement. Whether you're a proven leader or an emerging star, this role is your chance to create real, measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Lean Daily Management with a hands-on approach across production, quality, and support teams.

  • Execute cross-functional improvement efforts to optimize safety, quality, cost, lead time, and team engagement.

  • Analyze operational data from ERP, SQL, Excel (PowerPivot), Power BI, and Smartsheet dashboards.

  • Facilitate Kaizen events, implement lean tools, and train teams to sustain improvements.

  • Support KPI reviews, root cause analysis, and high-impact reporting.

  • Be a floor-first leader, visible, proactive, and fully engaged in driving outcomes.

Education, Experience, License/Certification Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing (Preferred)

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role (Preferred)

  • 3+ years in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement roles (Required)

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or PMP (Preferred)

Physical Demands:
