As a Sr. Imaging Technical Support Specialist, you will provide expert-level, escalated support for AGFA's Digital Radiography (DR) product line across North, Central, and South America. You'll work closely with Field Engineers, Dealers, and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and support service readiness for new product launches.

What You'll Do:




  • Deliver Tier 2 technical support for AGFA's DR systems via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
  • Manage escalations and serve as a liaison to development and higher-level support teams.
  • Participate in critical account calls and provide escalation management feedback.
  • Support service readiness for new product launches.
  • Document and track support cases using Help Desk software.
  • Travel occasionally for training or on-site support.



Who You Are:




  • Degree or diploma in a technological field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in technical support, field service, or biomedical roles, preferably in X-ray or DR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and electronics.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and solution oriented.
  • Eligible and willing to travel (including international training).
