We are seeking a talented Core Applications Administrator that will be responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of Ideal Credit Union's core processing and automation systems; they may also occasionally direct the work of our IS Department staff and third-party vendors or contractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Core Applications Administration (release installs, app installs, issue troubleshooting, etc.)
• Enterprise Job Scheduler experience
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to document procedures effectively.
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Prior professional experience in a Technical Support role

Desirable Qualifications:

• Fiserv DNA or SMA OpCon is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead departmental and organizational projects and implementations
• Knowledge of change management principles.
• Proficiency in SQL

This individual will work in-office at our North Saint Paul office until initial training is completed. Once fully trained, this will be a primarily remote position depending on performance thereafter.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with other hours as needed. This individual will work on a Saturday rotation working approximately one out of every eight weeks from 9 AM to 12 PM (Saturdays worked are remote and the weekly schedule will be adjusted to maintain a 40-hour work week).
