PDC Audit Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage the design and execution of audit strategies and practice at The GIANT Company Perishable Distribution and Transportation Center methodologies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices
• Responsible for the creation and analyzation of both weekly and period selection audit results, providing a weekly executive level summary of performance results.
• Ownership of required quality control audits of Companywide store deliveries, as well as audit policies to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Responsible for identification of emerging risks, assessment of potential business impact, and production of recommend mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Ahold Delhaize USA to both calculate and coordinate the implementation of the appropriate C&S standard credit rates.
• Responsible for timely and accurate analysis of credit rates for each store in relation to vendor invoices.
• Oversight of shrink performance at store level via C&S invoice maintain.
• Cross-functional collaboration with both the DC/TC, Support, and RST teams
• Oversee and manager requested audits of warehouse deliveries at store level.
• Manager WMS performance incentive program
• Responsible for development and maintenance of accurate comprehensive reports tracking audit performance within DC/TC Kronos system
• Management of disciplinary action process for attendance and performance concerns within DC/TC Kronos system
• Oversee vendor claims and credits process, including determination on all credit requests
• Manage store level communications regarding all store deliveries.
• Collaborate with Ahold Delhaize USA partners to provide best practices in divisional performance goals, objectives, and continuous improvement
• Oversight of all product flows adjustments for regional activations, remodels/opening, and ad hoc DC/TC pivots (weather concerns/natural disasters)
• Management and development auditors (direct reports)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years' experience in distribution centers
• 5+ years' experience in people leadership within a distribution center
