Consulting Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) in support of a U.S. Government (USG) contract. PM will oversee the work of an on-site Project Implementation Manager and will interface with government customers as needed to ensure CSG meets contract deliverables.
This position is contingent upon the award of a Department of Defense contract.
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Primary interface with USG customers to provide implementation and on-site support for a complex program.
- Provide day-to-day program management and/or oversight of USG program activities.
- Serves as main point of contact or escalation for the customers and CSG executive management.
- Responsible for all aspects of contract, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor and oversee on-site Implementation Manager's transition activities.
- Manage all finance, contract, and subcontract support to ensure compliance with terms of the contract to include SOWs, attachments, appendices, and references.
- Develop and manage tasks listed in the Responsible, Accountable, Consults and Informs (RACI) chart.
- Implement streamlined processes and procedures to enable rapid program responses for all requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver all items listed in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
- Ensure completion, accuracy, and compliance of all deliverables, to include ROMs, ECPs, financial invoicing and other contractual documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must hold an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance and be SCI eligible with CI Polygraph
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex programs
- Ability to perform multiple tasks comfortably in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment.
- Ability to consistently follow up on tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact face-to-face with senior levels of management and customer organizations.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
- Ability to learn processes quickly and apply knowledge to unique situations.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business administration, or comparable discipline or or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

- Work is typically performed in an office and/or data center environment, requiring computer terminals and standard office equipment to accomplish work objective
- This is a full-time position working normal workday hours, Monday to Friday, with weekends and holidays off.
Travel:
- Local travel in the DC metro area required
Job location: Onsite in Quantico, Virginia. Remote telework is not available.
