Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's cloud infrastructure, primarily with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration, governance, and performance across these platforms to support business operations, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

• A working knowledge of IT cloud administration at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field; and
• Three or more years' experience in IT roles focused on cloud administration.

• Manage environments, data policies, and user access across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Monitor platform usage, troubleshoot issues, and enforce governance policies.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Fabric capacities, workspaces, and data governance settings.
• Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and support data integration across services.
• Oversee SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, and content lifecycle.
• Implement best practices for document management, collaboration, and security.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Power Platform, Fabric, and SharePoint.
• Support automation and analytics initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Apply data loss prevention (DLP), conditional access, and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain a secure cloud environment.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders.
• Document procedures, policies, and platform configurations.
• Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Wage Range: $82,150 - $102,690.
• Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 20% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
