Job Summary: The Document Control Specialist will work part-time overseeing the storage, organization, and disbursal of records and documentation, observing legal guidelines and best practices. You will administer the data management processes of our centralized library, respond to requests for information (RFIs), and verify document completeness and format requirements. This position is critical to smooth operations within our corporate infrastructure, and our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience in a similar role. You should also possess impeccable attention to detail and strong computer and data entry skills. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.
