Position Summary

The Vice President, Creative and Content will serve as the creative leader for all brand expressions - across digital, physical, experiential, and advertising channels. This executive role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for crafting a bold, unified creative strategy, managing internal and external creative teams, and delivering breakthrough work that builds brand equity and drives customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Creative Leadership & Vision


    • Define and champion the creative direction of the brand across channels and touchpoints-campaigns, digital platforms, merchandise, club locations and experiences.
    • Spearhead a forward-thinking creative strategy that aligns with Onelife's vision and goals.
    • Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies that drive results.


  • Team Management & Collaboration


    • Lead and grow a high-performing internal creative team.
    • Build and manage our roster of external creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
    • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders in marketing, sales, operations, and real estate to align brand strategy with business goals.


  • CreativeExecution


    • Inspire, lead, and deliver compelling marketing campaigns and branded content across channels including digital, traditional and in-club platforms.
    • Oversee end-to-end creative development-from ideation to final execution-ensuring consistency in brand storytelling and standards.
    • Ensure consistency and alignment in brand messaging and visual identity.


  • Brand Stewardship


    • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and impact.


  • Growth & Innovation


    • Identify and implement new creative tools, workflows, and technologies to increase efficiency and output.
    • Bring fresh thinking to campaigns, activations, and branded content that attract new customers and retain current members.



Qualifications



  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a VP or Director-level position.
  • Proven track record of building consumer brands.Experiencein fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle category is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in art, design, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Expertise in brand strategy, campaign development, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional creative development and execution with success across channels.
  • Experience leading creative organizations with demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and bringing out the best in others.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management, and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven collaborator who is energized by partnering with others.
