Executing Recruitment Strategies: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Sourcing Candidates: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conducting Candidate Screening: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization. Supporting the Recruitment Process: A Talent Acquisition Partner I is responsible for partnering with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process Collaborating with TA and Early Career Programs: A Talent Acquisition Partner I works closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.
