TEKsystems is excited to partner with our our client, a leader in sustainable resource management to find a Commercial Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, addressing service needs and resolving issues efficiently. * Promote and upsell products and services tailored to customer needs. * Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM and case management systems. * Generate and qualify leads from inbound inquiries, referring prospects to the appropriate sales representatives. * Manage service agreements, pricing updates, and contract renewals using proprietary software. * Support customer retention through the development of welcome and stay packets. * Collaborate with outside sales representatives to develop customized service models and client materials. * Analyze customer data to identify trends, service gaps, and sales opportunities. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and interpret feedback to improve service delivery. Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * 2-4 years of business experience with increasing responsibilities. * Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. * Valid driver's license required. * Experience in B2B sales or the environmental/sustainability sector is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
