Position Summary We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing inbound call center team. In this role, you'll handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, non-scripted environment. Key Responsibilities * Respond to a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. * Communicate clearly and effectively in a non-scripted environment while adhering to company policies. * Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide timely, effective solutions. * Maintain ownership of each call from start to finish, including order processing, follow-ups, and escalations. * Accurately process orders, returns, quotes, and inquiries while meeting quality and productivity standards. * Track and manage customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Recommend process improvements based on insights gathered from customer interactions. * Build positive relationships by delivering courteous, accurate, and efficient service. * Identify opportunities to upsell or generate leads to support sales and revenue goals. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. What You'll Assist With * Placing and tracking orders * Providing quotes and return authorizations * Checking order status and resolving delivery issues * Troubleshooting and problem-solving What You Bring * Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. * A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement. * Experience with product support or order fulfillment is a bonus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
