(Remote - Must reside in Boise, ID) We're looking for skilled customer service professionals to support members and providers with benefits, claims, and eligibility inquiries. This is a remote role with a strong focus on quality, care, and professionalism. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle inbound calls (80-90% of the time) * Provide accurate information using multiple systems * Maintain confidentiality and a high level of service *Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, insurance, healthcare, etc.) * Strong multitasking and communication skills * Typing speed of 30 WPM with 95% accuracy * Must have a quiet, private workspace and hard-wired internet *Work Details:* * Remote position with Cambia-provided equipment * 15-week paid training, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PT * Post-training shifts may include evenings and Saturdays * No overtime expected *Why Join Us:* * Opportunity for full-time conversion after 120 days * Gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry * Be part of a supportive, service-focused team *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
