*Description*
This is an in-person role based in Santa Clara, CA, requiring candidates to live within a commutable driving distance. The position follows a standard 8 hour a day Monday-Friday schedule, anywhere from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST. The role provides comprehensive client support across various channels including face-to-face, phone, email, and internal referrals. Responsibilities span both in-branch and back-office functions, ensuring efficient handling of client inquiries, transactions, and operational support. In-Branch Client Support Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients with exceptional service. Process deposits, checks, payments, and cashier's checks. Handle currency transaction reports (CTRs) and place holds. Manage courier bags with client cash deposits. Perform standard teller duties. Back Office Client Support Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed. Process mail, payments, and check orders. Monitor and escalate fraud-related activities. Scan and archive daily transactions. Relationship Advisor Support: Arrange appointments and fulfill cashier's check requests. Conduct account research and support internal partner requests. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Required: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience. Experience in banking operations Preferred: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr.
