Step into the spotlight as a *Customer Experience Specialist*, where you'll be the guiding voice for consumers navigating the loan origination process. As our next customer success advocate, you'll: * Be the warm, friendly point of contact in our call center for inbound/outbound calls and texts. * Support customers after their licensed loan discussion and bring clarity to their journey. * Collaborate with departments and resolve issues to keep things moving. * Perform data entry, validate information, and communicate with consumers, third parties, and PennyMac teammates. *What We're Looking For:* 1+ year of recent *Mortgage Contact Center* experience (2022-2025) Proficiency with high call volumes, inbound and outbound Consistency - strong job tenure with no big gaps or job hopping Eye for detail, top-notch professionalism, and a service-first attitude Commitment to being *on-site full time* *Top Skills:* Customer Service | Call Center | Mortgage & Loan Servicing | Communication If you're ready to power customer journeys and level up in the mortgage space, we'd love to hear from you. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
