GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Administrator and/or Physician Chair/Division heads is responsible for the activities associated with the operation of Neurodiagnostic services in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, including EEG, EMU, EMG, and TCD at Henry Ford Hospital and ambulatory facilities. Supports strategic program development initiatives across all neurodiagnostic locations, including business planning, growth, clinical quality, safety and education. Assists the Administrator and/or Physician Chair/Division Heads with the implementation of short and long-term plans for the department. Assists with the development of financial and operational planning and analysis including budgets and pro forma business plan analysis. May represent the Department, Specialty and/or Medical Group on various internal and external committees. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree required. A degree in a health care related field preferred. Master's Degree in health care, business administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of two to five (2-5) years of relevant experience. Previous experience in leading quality improvement initiatives/project management strongly preferred. High level of interpersonal skills to coordinate care provided by multiple services.
