The Enterprise Strategic Program Management Principal serves as a thought leader and consultant, overseeing a collection of strategic programs across various domains. This role is responsible for identifying innovative opportunities that drive progress within the P&L and ensures the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes. This role will also specialize in influencing business decisions using a fact-based approach, taking new ideas from concept to execution, and successfully communicating with senior leaders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS About the Role - The Enterprise Strategic Program Management Principal is a visionary leader and trusted advisor, driving enterprise-wide transformation through a portfolio of high-value strategic Tricolor and related Air programs. This role proactively identifies and cultivates innovative opportunities that fuel growth, optimize performance within the P&L, and enhance business outcomes in the Air meta-domain. With deep expertise in fact-based decision-making, the Principal influences organizational strategy, ensuring rigorous execution and executive visibility to achieve targeted results. From concept to implementation, this role navigates complex business landscapes, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and effectively communicates with senior leaders through impactful presentations/narratives, shaping key business decisions and long-term success.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business administration or related discipline. Minimum Experience Five to eight (5-8) years of experience in program management or project management in a business environment with demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects and programs and build professional rapport. Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preference is to by hybrid in Memphis, TN or another corporate FedEx office. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
