Overview
The Vice President, Clinical Operations is a member of the Carle leadership team and serves as part of a dyad leadership team with the medical director and works closely with the administrative team and associate medical directors in Carle's specialty care division. The Vice President also collaborates with physician and administrative leaders across the Carle Health System to advance Carle's key strategic goals. The Vice President, Clinical Operations is responsible to supervise overall business and clinical operations, lead quality improvement initiatives, oversee financial performance, and ensure optimal patient experience. The Vice President, Clinical Operations will have an entrepreneurial focus and record of growing clinical services, combined with a strong skill set for operations and clinical program development. The Vice President, Clinical Operations will have responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating initiatives related to quality, growth, patient experience/customer service, physician group practice management, and advancement of clinical teaching and research activity. The Vice President provides executive leadership to support the delivery of care and services and across Carle Health System and the communities we serve. Qualifications Certifications:
